Job Summary:
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for taking orders, processing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position requires strong communication skills and knowledge of all Timewell products and customers. The job environment has set office hours and is nearly 100% indoors.
The Customer Service Specialist must have a strong sense of ownership to quality and excellence and must be able to effectively communicate with employees and customers at all levels of the company.
