The Launch of C&L Tiling, Inc.

In 1982, Don and Susan Colclasure founded C&L Tiling, Inc. to meet the growing demand for agricultural drainage solutions. Focused on serving farmers and agricultural contractors, their small business quickly laid the foundation for what would become a leader in the drainage industry.

A Major Milestone

Just four years after its founding, C&L Tiling, Inc. surpassed $1 million in total sales, marking rapid growth and solidifying its reputation as a trusted name in agricultural drainage.

The Birth of Timewell Drainage Products

In response to increasing demand, Timewell Drainage Products was launched in 1995. Based in Timewell, Illinois, this new branch began manufacturing 3"-8" single-wall corrugated pipe, enabling direct service to agricultural contractors and farmers with high-quality products.

Expanding to Providence, Kentucky

In 2006, a new facility opened in Providence, Kentucky, allowing Timewell to extend its reach and improve access to high-quality drainage solutions across the region.

Entering the Stormwater Market

The expansion into the stormwater market in 2008 brought Timewell’s trusted drainage expertise to urban infrastructure and commercial projects, establishing a new standard for stormwater solutions.

New Manufacturing Plant in Sibley, Illinois

Overcoming Challenges and Expanding Horizons

In 2019, Timewell faced one of its most challenging economic years. In response, the focus shifted to stormwater management as a key area for growth. That same year, Timewell purchased a facility in Selma, Alabama, preparing for future expansion.

Growing with Remington, Indiana

The company expanded again in 2021 with a new facility in Remington, Indiana, strengthening the distribution network and enabling more efficient service to communities nationwide.

Selma Facility Officially Opens

In 2024, Timewell proudly opened its new facility in Selma, Alabama, expanding service to the southern market. This year also marked a new chapter as the second generation of the Colclasure family stepped into senior leadership roles, continuing the legacy of innovation and commitment. With over 275 employees, Timewell remains dedicated to providing industry-leading drainage solutions nationwide.
