Jake, a second-generation leader at Timewell, combines family values with his passion for problem-solving in his role as Vice President of Corporate Development. Known for his hands-on approach, he brings over a decade of experience to every project, tackling challenges on the production floor and creating innovative solutions for customers. Jake’s dedication to family and community shapes his leadership, fostering a people-first culture built on trust and respect.

With more than two decades in the field, Darren leads Timewell’s sales team with integrity and a commitment to building genuine relationships. Guided by his core philosophy—“Treat others the way you want to be treated”—Darren inspires his team through transparency and dedication. His approach is simple but effective: Success is best when shared. In his personal time, Darren enjoys outdoor adventures like hunting and spending quality time with his family.

With over ten years of experience, Jordan is dedicated to fostering a positive and productive work environment at Timewell as Director of Human Resources. He prioritizes employee well-being, guided by core values and a strong sense of accountability. Outside the office, Jordan enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with his family.
