Description

  ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Stormwater Territory Sales Manager for Alabama, you will own your territory from day one.

You will work directly with civil engineers, waterworks distributors, and contractors to build lasting relationships, develop new business, and grow the Timewell brand throughout the state.

This is a ground-floor opportunity in a division we are serious about — backed by a manufacturer with the inventory, the infrastructure, and the people to support your success.

Responsibilities

  WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Prospect and fully develop your sales territory through consistent travel and relationship building
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations for current and prospective customers
  • Work with engineers on submittals and design specifications
  • Provide detailed quotations and conduct thorough follow-up to secure business
  • Stay informed on pending and potential projects within your market area
  • Train distributors and contractors on proper product use and installation
  • Attend company sales and training meetings

Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekends as needed

Requirements/Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven track record in outside sales and customer retention
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in the stormwater industry preferred
  • Four-year degree or equivalent work history
  • Practical experience with site and civil projects preferred
  • Self-starter who thrives working independently with minimal supervision
