Timewell Drainage Products is searching for a Maintenance Technician responsible for sustaining a preventive maintenance program that optimizes the longevity of the manufacturers warranty on all process equipment.  The Maintenance technician maintains and repairs plant facilities including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and plumbing repairs with a high standard of excellence.  The Maintenance Technician must be safety and quality minded.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Strict adherence to safe work practices
  • Maintain a neat, clean work area
  • Prompt, timely, effective communication to management regarding problems with process equipment, buildings and grounds
  • Maintain and repair all vacuum corrugation extrusion equipment
  • Maintain and repair all electrical motors, gas and diesel engines and tools required to maintain buildings and grounds
  • React quickly and properly to resolve problems or equipment failures
  • Prepare and complete work orders and other pertinent paperwork

Occasional Duties Include:

  • Locate parts and equipment needed for repairs or maintenance

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Technical school degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in plastics operations maintenance preferred

Timewell Drainage Products is searching for a Down Stream Technician (DST) responsible for handling and coiling single wall pipe as it comes off the extrusion line and for moving finished coils to an outside holding area. The DST must be safety and quality minded. The DST must maintain a high standard of excellence with all finished coils neatly wrapped and tightly tied. The DST must use care when moving finished coils to avoid injury to themselves and others and to avoid damaging finished tile and plant equipment. This job requires working in a standing position for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Strict adherence to safe work practices
  • Maintain a neat, clean work area
  • Prompt, timely, effective communication to Operator and Supervisor
  • Preparing maxi spools with cores and strings
  • Monitoring the maxi-coiling process to assure that finished coils are wrapped firmly, neatly, and consistently throughout the entire coil
  • Installing appropriate covering on “socked” tile.
  • Moving finished tile to outside holding area
  • Prepare and complete applicable tracking records

Occasional Duties Include:

  • Assist with yard operations
  • Assist with training new employees

Timewell Drainage Products is searching for a Machinist responsible for assembling, repairing, fabricating, and machining metal parts by operating mechanical equipment. The Machinist must be safety and quality minded.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Program, set up and operate manual and CNC lathes in Manufacturing Department.
  • Uses blueprints/drawings/design sketches to ensure the proper dimensions and tolerance levels of the finished product.
  • Fill out necessary paperwork neatly, completely, and accurately (i.e. routers, time sheets, QC reports, etc.)
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on machines; includes cleaning machine, changing coolants, disposing of chips, etc.
  • Perform 1st piece inspection of parts.
  • Must be able to use; calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, height gage, surf tester, depth gage and dial bore gage.
  • Must be able to measure and make rough sketches of repair or replacement parts.
  • Must interact with Manufacturing Engineer and Maintenance Manager to control inventory of tooling and supply items.
  • Must be able to set up and operate manual lathe, manual mill, drill press and bench grinder.
  • Must follow all company work/safety rules.
  • Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Manufacturing Department Manager.
  • Operate and perform duties under limited supervision from Manufacturing Department Manager.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services

  • Working with marketing on product positioning, packaging and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share
