Timewell Drainage Products is expanding with the addition of a new manufacturing facility in Northwest Iowa.
Based in the West Central Illinois community of Timewell, near the Missouri border, Timewell Drainage Products is a family owned manufacturer of all types of products for the farm drainage industry.
“Timewell has had a strong desire to expand into this market area for many years,” states Darren Wagner, Timewell’s Ag Sales Manager. “Our owners, Don and Susan Colclasure, are pleased to bring our strong service commitment to the region.”
The expansion will allow Timewell’s Ag Division to better serve Northern Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska and Kansas. The new facility will initially manufacture 3” through 15” single wall drainage tile for the agricultural market. Timewell’s Sibley, Iowa plant will open this spring and Wagner is encouraged by the market response they are receiving.
“Interest from drainage contractors in the area is very encouraging,” according to Wagner. “Crews are hard at work prepping the existing building for the delivery of our production equipment and the Economic Development Council of Osceola County and the City of Sibley have been paramount in making this expansion possible.”
Timewell’s transportation fleet is company owned, providing an unparalleled level of flexibility and service. In addition to their corporate offices in Timewell, Illinois, the company also operates a manufacturing plant in Western Kentucky. Timewell produces all sizes of single wall drainage tile, MaXflo Dual Wall Pipe and fittings.
